Finally after a lengthy delay, I have been modeling a new character in both maya and zbrush. The face is nearly done and the body is the next step. I have been working on the model for the past two days fixing issues I missed through my previous optimization. Other issues that have arose have been UV maps that have been disconnecting themselves causing the normal map to break up over the polygons. It was not until tonight that I squashed that problem but it only happens after I export the file in zbrush as a obj. It is an interesting issue since it is non existent in Mudbox.
